It’s proximity to St Peter’s and the Vatican means that this self-service café and restaurant is constantly busy, but it provided a cool refuge on a very hot day, with drinks and food easily available.

I am humbled by a waitress who can speak 4 languages fluently and a number of others that she says she can get by on …. She was a joy and I would return to Rome just for this young lady ….

Visited after early morning visit to St.Peters Basilica. Kids found great chocolate- Nutella pudding filled tarts+ we had fine espressos. The freshly squeezed orange juice was also fabulous.
